Happy New Year!
This post kicks off an ongoing conversation about upcoming partnered content releases and our general vision for how we welcome partner creators to our platform. Up until now, we have been dropping most of these releases without prior announcement. While this does allow the buzz to surprise and excite players, we have heard your feedback.
Starting this year, we will be publishing our partnered content roadmap for D&D Beyond every quarter! Whether you’re a player, a Dungeon Master, or both, our intent is to give you clearer visibility into what’s coming so you can plan and decide what releases you want to bring to the table!

Partnered Content on D&D Beyond

We want to start by talking about the people who keep Dungeons & Dragons growing beyond any single book or release: you.
Our community makes the worlds of Dungeons & Dragons come to life. Dungeon Masters, players, and creators have always been at the heart of D&D, and we love that creativity.
Looking at the year ahead of us, we’re excited to continue welcoming partnered content to D&D Beyond to support the imagination and hard work of our community while allowing players to play their way.
Q1 2026 Partnered Content Roadmap
![]() Exploring Eberron (2024) — January 27Created by Eberron’s original setting designer, Keith Baker, Exploring Eberron (2024) dives deeper into the world’s history, cultures, religions, and philosophies. This updated release brings that rich lore to D&D Beyond, along with more than forty new character options. You’ll find new species, feats, and subclasses—including options built to complement the newly released Artificer—integrated into the Character Builder. |
![]() The Pugilist Class (2024) — February 3This beloved DMs Guild class is finally coming to D&D Beyond! The Pugilist offers a distinct, flavorful take on melee combat, with subclasses that lean into brawlers, boxers, and other fists-first fighters. It’s a class with a lot of personality, and we’re excited to see how players bring it to life. |
![]() Faster, Purple Worm! Everybody Dies, Vol. 1 (2024) — February 24Beadle & Grimm’s Pandemonium Warehouse This popular collection of level 1 one-shots from the chaotic comedy series Faster, Purple Worm! Kill! Kill! comes to D&D Beyond with quickplay maps, making it easier than ever to jump straight into the memorable sessions these adventures are sure to create. Die quickly, laugh loudly, and get playing with minimal prep! |
![]() Heliana’s Guide to Monster Hunting: Part 2 (2014) — Early MarchThe anticipated second half of Heliana’s Guide to Monster Hunting arrives this year on D&D Beyond. To deliver the best possible experience within our digital tools, this release has been thoughtfully adapted to support the kind of monster-hunting gameplay fans of the series love, while using D&D Beyond's time-saving features to their utmost.
|
![]() The Griffon’s Saddlebag: Book One (2024) — Late MarchAfter launching Book Two on D&D Beyond last year, we’re excited to bring Book One to the platform as well. This release rounds out the collection with more beautifully illustrated magic items, ready to drop directly into your game. |
*This roadmap is subject to change.
Our Vision for Partnered Content on D&D Beyond
When exploring partnered content to add to D&D Beyond, we’re thoughtful about the creators we bring in and the experiences we present to you.
We look for projects that integrate smoothly with our evolving play tools and bring something distinctive to your table—whether that’s mechanical depth, narrative richness, or a balance of both.
This isn’t a rigid formula. The evaluation of partnered content is approached with care, curiosity, and a two-way relationship with creators. Our goal is to treat D&D Beyond as a curated experience, one where you can discover great partnered content with confidence.
This is just the beginning. We’ll have more to share soon. Meanwhile, if you’re excited by a particular creator’s content, let us know!
Thanks for being part of the journey as we build the future of partnered content on D&D Beyond together.

Posted Jan 21, 2026We want to clear up some confusion we're seeing as a result of our previous comments: We will not be including the Tamer as a class option in the Character Builder due to the site's current tech limitations.
We will also not be including the Tamer section in the Compendium content for Heliana’s Guide to Monster Hunting: Part 2. This was a joint decision between Wizards and Loot Tavern.
We are listening to your comments and feedback, and will provide updates if this changes.

Posted Jan 21, 2026I'd like to know what specifically didn't work from The Tamer, site coding-wise & I don't think I'm the only one.
Because explaining what the precise limitation within staff's ability to do so might lead to a crowdsourced solution, if it's not to deep into the backend.
I'm moreso worried about the Species options that suffer from similar limitations to the Van Richten's Guide to Ravenloft & the lack of the OG Shade & Darakhul from Kobold Press, namely, how the heck Mycellian & Ombrask, will work.
Heck, I'm still unsure of Lotol & Opteran's functionality.
Likewise, a lot of Magic Items & Spells are going to be wonky, ESPECIALLY due to them being 2014 instead of 2024(All material should be compatible w/both on Beyond IMO)
The College of Cuisine Bard, Hunt Domain Cleric, Trapper Ranger, Skinshifter Sorcerer & Heliana's version of The Parasite are all going to be included, even if they have severe limitations, yes?
(All classes that work with 2014 & 2024 SHOULD have a toggle to change their spells from 2014 to 2024, & vice versa, IMO)
We're getting Flare, Howl, Primal Scent, Smokescreen, Spark, Stalker's Eye, and everything else after that, spell-wise, yes?

Posted Jan 21, 2026I was just wondering if the team from Ryoko's Guide would be interested in integrating. I can see positives and negatives.

They got fun new classes and a ton of subclasses, and Valda's Player Pack on dndBeyond is just a tiny subsection of what they offer

Posted Jan 21, 2026The folks over at MHP recently released the "Valda Class Update" which includes 2024 versions for 10 of their classes. I'd love to see this on Beyond at least in a Part 1 where you guys implement 5/10 of the easier classes. Also, in less than a month they have their Dark Matter Sci-Fi kickstarter that I would also like to see on Beyond.

Posted Jan 21, 2026Love we're getting more Eberron books! Would love to see Frontiers and Chronicles added too!
Will the Artificer subclasses work with the 2024 and 2014 artificer?
And are there plans to add the partnered content subclasses from 2014 to the character builder for 2024? e.g. Explorer's Guide to Wildemount subclasses in 2024 generator?

Posted Jan 21, 2026Hello. I have been waiting so long to hear if you are bringing this book to the app. Do you have any plan to add the Dungeons of Drakkenhiem: Sebastian Crow Guide to Drakkenheim? It has a subclass in it yhat I just can't seem to remake in homebrew that is absolutely perfect for several character concepts I am working on. I saw you have added almost every other book they have so was hoping this one would be dropping soon as well.

Posted Jan 22, 2026Ooh Pugilist class, I *REALLY* hope they make a dedicated grappling subclass, I love making grapplers but as it stands it's clunky AF to make it correctly with what we have.
