Choose a willing creature that you can see within range. Until the spell ends, the target’s speed is doubled, it gains a +2 bonus to AC, it has advantage on Dexterity saving throws, and it gains an additional action on each of its turns. That action can be used only to take the Attack (one weapon attack only), Dash, Disengage, Hide, or Use an Object action.
When the spell ends, the target can’t move or take actions until after its next turn, as a wave of lethargy sweeps over it.

You can make an offhand attack using a second weapon with a bonus action using the haste attack, however
Was doing a search for spells that affected movement and speed, and Haste didn't show up - This should probably get the 'movement' tag added to it.
Unfortunately "Hasted" is not available as a condition in your character sheet, but to quickly apply or remove its effects i created an item that you can toggle

If you can cast this level 3 Wizard spell, you can keep it up in Wildshape.
You just have to cast it before changing, then maintain concentration.

Yes you can. Using a healers kit is the "use an object" action. This is also why Thief rogues can use healers kits as bonus action due to fast hands
You can manually add a spell I think and force it to be cast. I need to check this though.
The rule for sneak attack is it only procks once per turn even if you have multi attack

Forgive me if I am wrong but Echo Knight + Action Surge + Haste lets you make twelve attacks for upwards of 24d6+60 (plus 36 if you have + 3 weapons) damage in around no? 140 damage in a round for up to two rounds for an average of about 300 damage in two rounds?
You can cast it on an enemy, and then drop it at the end of your turn - enemy loses their next turn :D
When you take the Attack Action with this spell, are you allowed to use Two Weapon Fighting? For example, say you used your Standard action to attack twice, and then used your Hasted Action to attack. Could you also use Two Weapon Fighting with your hasted attack?
two weapon fighting is using your BONUS ACTION to attack again after using an action to attack ..so if you i dunno use your actual action to cast the spell you could hasted action attack then bonus action two wepon fighting
and if you hit ofc and if your echo is within range and if you have someone to cast it on you
also 140*2 isnt 300 and definatly not 300 avarage ..your math on damage is weird
24*~3,5=84 +60(assuming you have 20str and a greatsword)= 144 avarage with a +0 weapon .. so twice about 288 in 2 rounds with 0 misses wich is very unlikely
but jeah high level fighters can dish some insane damage with this spell
It means the extra action is only 1 weapon attack. No multi-attacks or bonus actions (off hand attacks are bonus actions) are given.
So, if I'm reading the spell correctly (RAW), a creature should be able to use the dodge action for their normal action and then use the attack action with their hasted action? I mean, descriptively you'd be jumping through hoops to explain it but it's worth giving it a try. :)
