The Mark of Storm does not state what ability the powers are based from. The character sheet seems to be based on INT. Though the Greater Mark is CHA (and does state it ).

You're correct - the published material doesn't state what the casting ability should be for the standard dragonmark power of Mark of Storm. There's a good chance it's supposed to be CHA though, based upon the Greater Mark - I've gone ahead and updated it.
In Appendix A, under Eberron Sourcebooks, Explorer’s Handbook is not properly formatted. It is not listed as its own entry or bold, instead it is stuck to the end of the Eberron Players Guide entry.
I had not purchased the Wayfinder's Guide to Eberron, yet somehow, I got access to the races (only the races) from it. I couldn't actually see the race's main page, but I could choose it in the character builder. I am not in a campaign. Now, the content has mysteriously vanished.
Oh wait, I see. I had to have "Playtest Content" enabled. I had "Eberron Content" enabled.
Devious serpent folk devoid of compassion, yuan-ti manipulate other creatures by arousing their doubts, evoking their fears, and elevating and crushing their hopes. From remote temples in jungles, swamps, and deserts, the yuan-ti plot to supplant and dominate all other races and to make themselves gods.

Changeling, Warforged, Kalashtar and Shifter are out as Unearthed Arcana as well.
Darkwood Core doesn't correctly calculate armor on a monk in the character creator. It only shows 10+Dex+Wis, not 11+Dex+Wis on a base monk, nor 11+Dex+Profciency Bonus+Wis on a multiclassed Monk/Cleric.

That's working as intended - the rule for calculating AC is if you have 2 methods, pick one, not combine them. Therefore you have to pick to use 10+Dex+Wis or 11+Dex (or 11+Dex+Prof on the multiclass). D&D Beyond gives you the option with the higher result by default.
Minor typo, but in the "Brelish Characters" section of Chapter 2 it uses the phrase "Backgrounds such as criminal or charlatan/spy." Shouldn't it be "criminal/spy or charlatan" since spy is a variant on criminal?

I agree, however that's the current text in the Wayfarer's Guide - D&D Beyond just displays that - we don't have editorial control over the content.
When making a Changeling character, I cannot choose a tool for Divergent Persona, if proficiency for that tool is granted by the class. Is it supposed to be this way? The proficiency granted by Divergent Persona comes with expertise for the chosen tool so being forced to not be able to get this expertise because you get basic proficiency from the class seems odd.
My warforged wizard's AC isn't calculating correctly after I leveled up. It should be 13, but is currently set at 15. Since my wizard isn't proficient with light armor, I shouldn't have my proficiency added to the Darkwood Core. It's not a game-breaking bug by any means, but it is a bug!
I can confirm the bug ElderCrow mentioned. Was actually making a warforged wizard as well (funnily enough) and, choosing the Darkwood Core with a Dex of 14, I was getting an AC of 15 on my charactersheet. When clicking on it, the AC calculation had it at 10 base +2 for Dex and then +3 for Integrated Protection, which seems to imply either a bug with the calculation or the Darkwood Core automatically calculating in the bonus for light armor proficiency (adding your proficiency bonus to AC if you're proficient in light armor) even though I have no armor proficiency.
Like ElderCrow said, not game-breaking, but still a pretty big bug nonetheless. And no idea how deep the bug runs either since this was the first time I had seen it.

Mark of Finding says you can read, write, and speak common and goblin. Should it be orc?
Mark of Passage's Orien's Grace does not correctly tooltip the dash action.

The link to the guide from the compendium page (while you haven't purchased it) has a typo. It is https://www.dndbeyond.com/marketplace/soure/37, it should be https://www.dndbeyond.com/marketplace/source/37.
The published material states goblin. This may be changed in future updates.

Mark of finding is correct. In Eberron the orc language is almost nonexistent and goblin is the most common “monstrous” language . The book says that.
In Appendix A, under Eberron Sourcebooks, Explorer’s Handbook is not properly formatted. It is not listed as its own entry or bold, instead it is stuck to the end of the Eberron Players Guide entry.
