A player of mine has run into an issue where the feat selection dropdown is significantly limited. The first time he tried it was showing one feat and a day later it is showing four feats to chose from. I have gone in as the DM and am still unable to get more than 4 feats to show.
Hello! Most feats are not provided as a part of the free content (Basic Rules, SRD, and some free supplements) provided by Wizards of the Coast. In order to use content that is not a part of these free rules, a user would need to either own the content on their account by purchasing it through our Marketplace; or would need to have access through someone in the campaign owning the content, and someone in the campaign turning Content Sharing "On" with a Master Tier subscription.
I have a majority of the books and pay for the premium subscription. I am not having an issues with my own characters or players within my game. I am running 3 campaigns and this is the first time in 10+ Players I have never seen this happen. What information would you like to help investigate.
I presume from your description that the character in question is actually in the campaign, correct? If so, try turning content sharing off and then back on in that campaign.
I hadn't even noticed the content sharing wasn't showing up as an option. I deleted a campaign of mine that had gone inactive and the option popped up. Is there a maximum number of campaigns I can host with my membership?
It appears to be working now. I had 4 campaigns active but when I reduced it to 3 content sharing came back as an option. Is there a cap to the number of campaigns I can run?
I'm trying to build a character and don't have the complete feat list either. Does signing up for a Hero Tier subscription unlock the complete list of Feats or, must one buy the Adventure Bundle to unlock this content? I signed up for the Hero Tier subscription but still don't have the complete list of feats appear in the dropdown menu.
Does signing up for a Hero Tier subscription unlock the full feat list or, must one buy the Adventure Bundle to unlock this content? It’s not clear on the UI.
Subscriptions don't unlock any content, a breakdown of what they offer can be found in the table here
To unlock all the feats, you would only need to purchase the following books:
Player's Handbook (this contains the vast majority of the feats)
Xanathar's Guide to Everything (this contains racial feats for the PHB/Basic Rules races)
Eberron: Rising from the Last Way (For the Aberrant Dragonmark and Revenant Blade feats)
Alternatively, you can purchase the feats you want individually from the above product pages.
Thanks for the feedback. To which "above product page" are you referring? Does the web site state anywhere the feats will be unlocked if I purchase those books? I believe you but would like confirmation since I've already wasted $15 on a subscription I didn't need.
Just a note: I've heard the DnD Beyond team are generally good if you contact them looking for a refund on mistaken purchases. You may have look if you ask them (POLITELY!) to refund your Hero Tier subscription due to the misunderstanding.
I got the legendary bundle but the diplomat feat isn’t showing. Is that a bug or is it not in the books?
Diplomat was a UA feat that no longer exists.

Trying to get your physical content on Beyond is like going to Microsoft and saying "I have a physical Playstation disk, give me a digital Xbox version!"
So i have the handbook and xanathars to everything i only see 2 feats and i have the allow and or restrict feats. Due to class ect checked and un tapped this on the app still stuck on same two feats
1. If you just bought it it can take a little while to show up.
2. Go here and make sure under 'Account Entitlements' that it says they're in sync. If they're not, there will be a button or a link to sync them, and this may fix the issue.
3. Confirm that you bought the full book ($29.99) and not the compendium content version ($19.99) which only allows you to read the book, not use it in the character builder. To do this, on the same page I linked above, scroll down to 'Current Product Licenses' and make sure that the lines for the PHB and XGtE say 'sourcebook' in the 'type' column. If you did accidentally buy the compendium content only, the cost of the purchase counts towards buying the whole book, so you haven't wasted any money.

Also, the other players in the same campaign with the Player in question are not having the same problem.

You can have content sharing turned on in 3 campaigns.
You don't have to delete other campaigns, just turn of sharing for them.
Thank you for the information!

Ah, I see them listed now that I've selected the Player Handbook as an item of purchase. Now your guidance makes more sense. Much appreciated.

I like where your head is at but, they'd have to learn how to return a customers outreach before make such a transaction. Baby steps...
