Hello, here is what i suggest for the improvement of the spellist homebrew:
On search page i'd like a filter for primary components like V S or M, because somatic can be tricky.
If you check the Primary stats in the modifier sections, it should say "yes" or show a tick on the recap on the main page of the spell and not "False". I'm a programmer and i know what it means, but people can misunderstand this (or that is what my custerm will do...).
A note showing a spell got material component or ritual casting on the row of the spell can be useful to get what i'm looking for.
When i create a spell i can use a template of a spell just from standard D&D. Can an homebrew (personal and/or published) be used for such a thing?
As admin Filcat says, "For the beta, only the rules and options provided in the D&D 5th edition SRD , D&D 5th edition Basic Rules, Elemental Evil Companion are available in Beyond. Once the full platform launches later this summer, the core rule books and others will be available for purchase, and the content within will be available for those that purchase, or have access through a DM's subscription."
There is a couple of bard spells missing from the list in charecter creator e.g crown of madness

(Not sure if this belongs here or on the Character Sheet list but when listing damage for cantrips, it would be nice if the damage was dynamic and showed the appropriate number of damage dice for my caster level.
Example: My level 9 sorcerer's Fire Bolt spell lists "1d10 fire" for damage on the spell attack version of the spell, when the damage is actually 2d10, as per the spell description.
Additionally, the damage wording of spells like Scorching Ray is a little confusing. Scorching Ray's damage says 2d6 fire (1 ray) which I think it meant to simplify the fact that you deal 2d6 fire damage with each ray however, it may be easy to miss that you actually get 3 rays with this spell, dealing 2d6 with each and that you gain additional rays per spell slot above 2nd. Again, it may be helpful if this text is dynamic, starting with something like "(x3 rays)" under the damage descriptor and having the number of rays increase as the player clicks the Cast Level buttons up and down.

Just played this morning and it looks like the Scorchjg Ray suggestion was implemented - thanks devs! There does seem to be a snag in that at higher levels, while there is a field for additional rays, it's empty.
Fire Bolt doesn't seem to have gotten an update yet but I'm happy to see some progress :)
I don't have visibility of the features list that the staff are working on, but it seems that displaying the damage for a level-scaled spell is something that hasn't been implemented (yet).
I'd love to see helper text added to the pop up window that tells you that you've cast a spell. In my perfect world, the pop up would say "You cast magic missle. Select your target(s) and roll 1d4+1 for each of 3 darts."
Or, "You cast noxious cloud, each target in X radius must make a DC14 CON save, or be nauseated. They can attempt to save each round at the end of their turn."
D&D Beyond, some spells, like e.g. Booming Blade from Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide do not appear at Cantrips' list.
Currently only the materials from the Sri, basic rules, and elemental evil companion are live. All other materials will be available for purchase at or after launch.

Perhaps mentioned already, but with all the stats listed for spells, could we also get a stat listing of the damage so you don't have to read into the text for it? Also, perhaps also a damage/effect per higher level stat if possible.
Also would appreciate a bit of color coding, such that poison is green, fire is red etc. Perhaps color code saving throws as well.

When adding spells to a character it would be nice to have some filters.

This is probably mentioned before, but we need a Concentration indicator for the spells!
Having a popup so you can read spell descriptions when adding them would be great. (manage spells screen)
I have to add them, go to the sheet and then read what it does. When selecting that quick button would save a lot of time.
Under bard character creation I didn't see "Dissonant Whispers" as a first level spell choice will that be added later.

"Weal and woe" should be all bold, not only Weal (third option).
