I bought an adventure and several sourcebooks, and the first player who joined my campaign pointed out that he has access to the adventure sourcebook. Is it possible to limit sharing on a campaign to only certain books?
Not at this time. A table management system will be added at a later date. For now, you'll just have to trust he's not peeking. ;)
I'm having trouble providing constructive feedback here. The content sharing part in its current form is unusable when it comes to adventures. As the content sharing right now is all-or-nothing, then ALL content sharing is unusable. You should post an announcement warning people to either not buy adventures or not share their content in campaigns right now. This is awful user experience and I plead you to take this feedback seriously. In my case, the $285 + a year of Master Tier is unusable "until a later date".
While in my current situation, this isn't as big a deal, it is still important to me. That being said I have been in several groups where this would be a concern for me. I know the players could just go to the store and grab a book as well, but the ease of this may be too tempting, and considering that now I will be allowing electronics at the table it will be much harder to know exactly what they are looking at during the game itself. I think this should be a very high priority as well.
Thank you all for your feedback! Remember, the next features that the team will be focusing on are the most demanded features. If this is something that people need ASAP, I suggest continuing this chain of posts to get it raised up the priority list. :)
This actually goes back to something I suggested before as well. The ability to control all content from a DM to player perspective. Specifically I was speaking of the ability to enter items, locations, shops, people, and other assets into the system but only have them enter into the campaign database when the DM wants them to.
Basically there needs to be a DM side of the campaign management and a player compendium for the campaign. Allowing players to see and search what the DM has revealed about the world but not hindering the DM by forcing them to wait to enter items until after they have been revealed in game.
Once this system is built it seems it should be easy to include the adventure modules as a toggle.
What I would also love to see is each NPC and location and other assets from the modules be available to be shared with just their flavor text available for when they go in person. That way people could easily see where they have been.
Thank you guys for being on top of things!

I think I've upvoted all your posts, but I will double check these. There really needs to be a better way to determine the severity of these items. Like a master request list that only people who have purchased content can rank what they want to see next. Maybe giving more weight to those who have purchased the legendary as they are the alpha gamers who will be pushing this, also giving more weight to those who are subscribing as that is the long term ongoing revenue.

Is the ability to ::Edit:: these marketplace purchased adventures ever in the works?
Let's say I want to overhaul Curse of Strahd and rewrite some of the story, text boxes, or NPC's... will we ever be able to "edit" them? Or a little box for "Add GM Note"?
Also: I agree that all my players can now access ALL my content, including Volo's guide, which is actually a problem and we should have the ability to hide things.

I can't say for sure. Future improvements on adventures themselves have not been revealed. I do know that a DM Screen type of functionality is planned. Many have asked about adding notes to the adventures, and I like that idea.

I realize I can do this with any legal PC by setting up a free Twitch account, but what if someone wants to play as Meepo or Ireena?
You can do it even with your own characters, don't need another Twitch account. Just go to the "join campaign" link and you get the same choices others do. I'm considering using this to include a couple of major NPCs to my campaign.
I was wondering, with the official launch underway (great work by the way, love how easy it was for me to get Legendary Bundle and Master Sub). Are there plans underway to release a Roadmap of where to go from here? As a DM campaign, session management (document management tied to my OneDrive etc) are very important to me. In the past I've used more monsters than NPCs because honestly NPCs took a lot more time to develop. With the random character generator, I'd love to be able to able to create NPCs with some basic parameters then have them flesh out (stats wise) automatically and tweak them. Over the years my team has become distributed so I'm using Skype to connect with the team, so I'm relying on screen sharing for various art I find online and background music. We're just starting a new campaign in 5e so the timing is great (just need to get the Celestial patron for warlocks!)
I'm not expecting DnD Beyond to meet ALL my needs (that would be great but unrealistic, and certainly not overnight). However, I'm hoping with people buying content and signing up for subscriptions in the coming days you will have a greater sense of what your cash flow looks like and how aggressively you can develop the whole product. When I purchased the Legendary Bundle and the Master Sub, I really did so primarily as an investment into the future potential of where this all can go! Certainly, I intend to reap benefits in the immediate hear and now as well from the great work done to date.
Thanks!

NOTE: You will need to setup a zendesk account (which is not your DnDBeyond.com account, the team uses this 3rd party software). It's easy to do and your votes are needed!
BadEye has spoken about this on the forum previously and the difficulties that can be caused by providing a roadmap - the team are taking an approach of being flexible to user feedback and demand, so rather than commit to a specific roadmap, they're going to work on adding functionality that the community desires most, with the added caveat that sometimes things that are less desired will be easier to accomplish, so may be done first.
We actually ran a survey earlier in the beta that got thousands and thousands of responses that pretty much confirmed what we already had on the roadmap.
The results of said survey:
We will focus on things roughly in that order, as we have been communicating for some time. The only caveat is that something like dice rolling or stream integration is much easier to pull off than, say, combat tracking, so those are likely to get in first due to being lower-hanging fruit.
We will continue to survey and use any other means to gather feedback that's useful going forward.
The ability to "return to campaign" from viewing a character sheet would be great. Right now as DM i can view someones sheet, but to get back to the campaign I have to navigate all around again by clicking my content > campaigns > campaign. A simple "return to campaign home" would be great.
The ability to hover over a character in the campaign home and get a popup window (similar to monsters/items/spells) or some base stats would be great too. Perhaps showing us the ability scores/mods, HP (current/max/temp), AC, Name, Class, Race, proficiency bonus, level, if not too cluttered proficient skills, senses, and languages. Having all of this info "at a glance" without having to have 6 separate tabs open would be awesome.

I just wanted to add my two cents to the thread. I'd definitely be interested in beefing up the campaign manager. I'm currently using Obsidian Portal to manage my campaigns, but I like the DND Beyond interface better and would be open to switching if it included some of the same functionality.

I really appreciate this post, however this poll was done based on the beta and not the full release. I have seen so many other things that should be added to a poll like this. I would love to see a way for us to add to a poll like this and watch how new item priorities shift as new needs are found.
Several of the top priorities are lovely ideas but there are some serious needs over the wants above. Needing a campaign manager and all the details that surround that seem to be much more talked about right now than the option for offline access. (most of the people I heard complain about offline access aren't buying into it anyway). Maybe a new poll needs to be done just with paying customers, or where the weight of your vote is measured by how invested you are in the system. I know these aren't ideal solutions, but I would hate to see you lose momentum with early adopters because you are chasing after people who don't see the value in what Beyond is and could be.

I got some suggestions about current adventures structure, but I not sure where to post them. At first I really would like to see zones in navigation menu. It would allow fast switching between dungeon parts. Second one - too cool to be released - interactive maps. Just hover on room space and get description and link. And third, but important - appendix with all adventure maps. It so painful to search a map across adventure.

p.s. and again sorry for my english.
Some good suggestions here - adding these to the list and we'll take a look.
I agree with Lokibryce. Now that we know what the current release includes, be nice to re-survey your current "paying" customers. Would like to see more campaign management capabilities added before adding VTT, Dice rollers and Steam Integration. The current Campaign Management functionality feels rather thin, and more like a placeholder for future functionality.
