I've already cleared the cache for both and I never changed the race of my character at all as it was a Gerudo for Race. I can't access or edit my character at all. As it's saying I never selected a race when I have. It was a Gerudo male.
All I can suggest is you paste the link to your character here, just a matter of right click on the character within your 'My Characters' page and copy and paste it to a blank notepad txt, then copy the following link https://www.dndbeyond.com/characters/ to the next line of that txt page you have open in notepad, type the character number on the end of the link you copied and pages from 'My Characters' to the link above. https://www.dndbeyond.com/characters/(number here without the brackets). Then paste that link here so admin can view it.
If your character is publicly viewable anyone will be able to click the link, otherwise it will just be Admin that will be able to view it. If it is public then if others get the same issue its definitely a broken char
I get the error message when clicking on the link I resume Gerudo is a homebrew race. My guess is there’s a problem with the race. If you change the race, can you see your sheet?
I can't do anything that is the problem I can't edit it or view it to do anything. As it was a Gerudo for Race. It is saying that I don't have a race selected when I never changed the race at all. Because in order for me to of have changed the race I would have been able to edit the character and I can't because I keep getting that error message.
I can't view the character or edit the sheet. So I can't do anything at all
Is this only affecting characters using this homebrew race? There's a chance the homebrew may have been modified in such a way that is now causing your character to break
It might also help to post a link to the homebrew race here. If it is caused by the homebrew (which seems a reasonable explanation), those higher-ups with access who are able to see the homebrew as it is set up might be able to offer some insight on why it's causing this character sheet to break.
I'm 99% sure there is something that has changed with the homebrew - has the race been deleted? Was it your homebrew or someone else in the campaign? If someone else, have you checked that they haven't made changes to the homebrew race?

When I looked and did a search the other day within homebrew, I vaguely remember seeing Gerudo within Homebrew, if I do so now I cant find it and get failed investigation message. From the looks of things the race has been deleted.
Ok, I did a quick search on google and came up with a reddit post with the following race link, all other race links within the reddit post look to be there, only checked three others within it.
As seen that goes to a Page Not Found, so if that is the race you had then its either been deleted by the member, or the member was deleted. However, all the other Zelda related races seem to still be there, its possible that its the same member that created Gerudo.
It's fine thank you all. I'm so very sorry about this guy's. It wasn't even my own homebrew as I was apart of a campaign for zelda. It was a Gerudo race though. They must've deleted it. So I'll just make a new one and make it my own.

Hey, no need to apologize, you thought your character was broken, but it wasnt.
This is an issue with Homebrew itself where if something that is homebrew is created and is being used by others it cant be immediately deleted and gets archived instead, much like UA stuff does before/when its made official. That way if someone is using such for a campaign/character its not going to break their character. This hopefully is something that is an easy fix since the system does keep records of whether something has been added to someone's homebrew collection or not. Basically the system notes if its being used, and if so it gets archived so no one else can, and if its not presently in use but in someone's collection gets deleted. Maybe also changing that error page to reflect that the Homebrew entry has been archived/deleted

What is going on with my character. As I keep getting this error below and my character was a Gerudo for Race and I never changed it.
Whoops! We rolled a 1 on our API check. We're heading into town to visit the blacksmith for repairs.
Try again after a Short Rest.

I decided to post one of each https://www.dndbeyond.com/characters/19351637 or https://www.dndbeyond.com/profile/SoullessReign/characters/19351637
I can access the other characters just fine. They are all public I believe. I have 3 characters.
