Hi, my DM purchased the Satyr race from the Theros book, has a sub, and has content sharing on. We can access all of his other purchased material except the Satyr race, though we can access the Satyr entry on DnDBeyond. We have MtG content enabled when creating our characters so that shouldn't be a problem. Does anyone have any advice for us?
Are you trying to add the race to a character specifically within the campaign ASIs which the DM is sharing the content? You won’t be able to access that race for character creation anywhere except within that specific campaign.
Bumping this thread because I, too, am having an issue with the Satyr race not appearing. I've got access to all content and in character creation, I have the Magic: The Gathering content turned on (which is where I've been told Satyr is listed under) but it's still not appearing. I think there must be some kind of bug that makes it not show.
I cannot replicate this, it's appearing for me. Are your entitlements sync'd at https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace and do you have any extensions installed that can be interfering?

Just double checked and it is sync'd and no extensions are set to mess with anything on this site. I don't understand why it's not appearing for some people. I have not been the only one with this problem so I don't understand why it's selective in who is able to see it.
Are you the owner of the content or is it being shared with you through someone's subscription?
If it is being shared with you make sure that you are trying to build the character within the campaign that you want to play it in. You only have access to the shared options of the person shared with you if you are making a character that is already in the campaign.
If this is the case it would be worth double-checking that they purchased the player race from the Mystic Odysseys of Theros book and not the monster from the basic rules (which is free)
Do you have access to the Leonin Race?
This will tell us if you have access to other content from the book that it is from and help determine if it is a Satyr issue or a whole book issue.
The prior report in this thread was eight months ago, and has no indication of what may have resolved it. Well if you disabled all your extensions and it still occurred (and presuming that you either own the book or are making the character in a campaign where the content is being shared) the next step is to check if it's a VPN or security software interfering, Kaspersky for example is known to do so.

I absolutely did not know that I had to create character within the campaign that has the shared content. I can see the Satyr race now, thank you so much!

Content Troubleshooting
Yeah, we have created it in two different campaigns in which content sharing is enabled.
Have the DM go here and make sure their entitlements are in sync:
https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace
After that, have them turn content sharing off and back on again.

Did the Master Subscription run out? That maybe the cause.
Also make sure MtG content is toggled on in the options for the character as well.
Lightning Strike - A rebranded Fire Bolt for Wizards & Sorcerers.
Spirit Bomb - A holy fireball for Clerics, Paladins, & Divine Soul Sorcerers!
Sword Dancer - A Cleric subclass specifically for the Drow goddess Eilistraee.
Quicksilver & The Scarlet Witch - A pair of magical firearms for your Gunslinger or Artificer.
