I bought a year subscription in January, and then turned off the subscription so I wouldn't get automatically charged again next January if I didn't want to continue and forgot about it. I expect that I will just continue the subscription next January, but I just don't like auto pay stuff. My subscription is still valid until the year that I bought runs out, but I'm not receiving the perks such as the new Sanguine Dice Set. Surely this is a bug.
Hello. I currently am subscribed to D&D Beyond but do not have access to the latest digital dice set for subscribers, the Sanguine dice set. I have already gone to my account and checked my Account Entitlements, it says they are synced. I have also tried signing out and signing in again just to be safe.
The process to grant the Sanguine Dice set to our current subscribers is in progress! You should see the new dice in your account within the next hour or two.
Keep an eye out for an email that says when the rollout is completed, but until then you can check at https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace to see if your entitlements are correctly synchronized.

I still - like many - do not have the sanguine dice yet.

It was said on stream it can take up to 24 hours. Maybe next time the email for the diceset should go out with an information about the process itself or simply 24 hours later.

Having the same issue - no Sanguine Dice. Account is up to date at Master level. Tried refreshing, logging in and out, and checked to make sure Perks are synced.

Yahtzee of 2's: Emmber (#36,161).
Lowest 9: JoeltheWalrus (#312), Emmber (#12,505) and Dertinus (#20,953).

The team knows about the issues with accessing the perks right now. It's being worked on.
