I feel like they should have not committed to monthly drops but promoted it has " Subscribers will receive random goodie drops ( Min 6 per year )" To take the pressure off the team .
Or at the very least, given an update that acknowledged the delay. The twitter is full of updates, it would be good customer service to include one that says "we know this months reward was delayed and are working on it, thanks for your patience". I know there's a thank you in this thread, and that's good! But not everyone looks at the threads.
Does your team consist of two people? Not sure why you have such trouble maintaining this site when its all very basic and people can homebrew things in 10 minutes that take you months to implement. Why does it take 17+ days into a month to get subscriber perks rolled out that are nothing special in the first place. Why do I have to subscribe to get unlimited character slots that should be free, why dont you release more dice and character sheet customization in the store instead of charging a subscription that must be maintained to keep any monthly items you have gained. Lastly why are digital dice absurdly priced at 14.99. I would gladly pay a sub fee and even a $10 sub fee but you guys just dont deserve it for how this site is handled. You have a great platform here and had a great opportunity with COVID with people playing online and you just squandered it in my opinion.

I was with you until that part I bolded. dndbeyond is a company that is offering a service and you as a consumer have the right to use this service if you agree to the terms and conditions and price that the company is offering. You saying that unlimited character slots should be free is the same as you walking into a grocery store and picking any random thing and saying that item should be free. That's not how it works, you just come off as someone who thinks they're entitled to other peoples work for absolutely no reason.
The new subscriber perks are now available! The process that is granting access to these dice to all of our current subscribers is chugging along—all subscribers should be able to find these new dice on their account within the next couple of hours.
Well now I feel silly because the original announcement didn't say anything about them not showing up for several hours, so I opened a ticket. (After following the instructions for "What do you do if you haven't received this month's perks?")
Again, I'm very happy to have fun perks. But I'm baffled and a bit frustrated by how there seems to be no consistent clear information given for announcements. The information seems to be split between twitter, the main posts, and the forums. Surely it would require less manpower to review these announcements for consistency than it would to rifle through false error reports due to unclear information.
...and here I was hoping that "a new way to roll" means being able to get the rolls without having to suffer through the dice animation instead of just having a new skin. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Doesn't seem to bode well that the tweet mentioning the perks would drop today is gone... 🤷🏻♂️
Edit: I stand corrected. Weirdly enough I went this morning and got an error. Let's blame Twitter.
Nope. It's still there

My bad! I was getting an error when I went to it earlier today. I blame Twitter. 😂

@ Velq... I'd agree with you and you're whining, but then we'd both be wrong and need Kleenex.

Spooky! I love it! Can't wait for this to show up on my account
Check out my homebrew!
Feats | Magic Items | Monsters | Spells
I'm not seeing the dice either. It's usually this way when new DICE are introduced
The process to grant these to current subscribers is in progress. You should see them in your account within the next 1 or 2 hours!

Thank you for the feedback, Shostakofish!
