One of my players has an issue with armor of agathys from the levistus tiefling subrace. It doesn't appear in the spell list, and also under "racial trait", the description text for legacy of stygia is correct but only darkness (one per long rest) and ray of frost appear under it. The other racial traits are fine.
It is not a purchase issue : he also chose armor of agathys as a spell for his warlock, and this one works perfectly fine (I, as a DM, bought the PHB anyway).

That worked like a charm ! Since it was related the race and not the class, it didn't occur to me it might work.

That works by forcing the cache for that character sheet to update itself.
