I purchased the sourcebook bundle. I’m trying to set a campaign and let my players create characters. They’re saying they only have access to the basic races and characters. I checked my account and marketplace tab and they show that the purchase is there and the items should be synced, however this isn’t the case. Anyone have any ideas?
Make sure you have an active Master Tier Subscription, and that Content Sharing is turned on within the campaign. Your players have also make sure they are creating their characters from WITHIN the campaign to get access to all the content.
Did you purchase the $20 compendium only versions, or the $30 full versions? The $20 compendium is “read only,” if you want the interactive character sheet options, you need to go back and pay the $10 difference. If you did purchase the full versions, then go here and double check that your account entitlements are in sync:

Yeah I did all that😞
Turn content sharing off and back on again. And again, remind them they MUST create their characters specifically within your campaign.
