I am trying to create a character. I want to use the subclass that is in my homebrew collection (another incredible humans work) but I cant figure out how to add it. Can anyone help?
On the home page of the editor ensure the Homebrew switch is turned on. Also ensure you are adding the correct class, at the correct level. If this fails try a different homebrew: if that works fine but the original didn't then it is a problem with that homebrew class - let the author know and they may be able to fix it.

Different classes get access to subclasses at different levels. For example, clerics get subclasses right away at level 1, but bards get them at level 3. Is your character at the correct level to get a subclass?
Once you're sure they're at the right level, you want to be in the character editor (the anvil if you're looking at the character sheet, the word 'edit' if you're on the My Characters page), and go to the class tab. You're going to be looking for a box that's called 'bard college' or 'otherworldly patron' or whatever a subclass is called for that particular class. Your choices are available in the dropdown.
I cant even add subclasses for anything! 6 days ago i did a character test and i could add subclasses, then a few days ago i bought some more content "Mordenkainen’s Tome of Foes", now i simply cant in any form ad subclasses on a new character i create
oh forget it, it looks like I earlier could choose Arcane Trikster at level 1, but now i have to be level 3, in the editor. Maybe they fixed a but?

The system has never allowed the rogue archetype to be chosen at any level other than 3rd. Perhaps you were looking at a different class, with a homebrew subclass, also called Arcane Trickster?
Or, perhaps 6 days ago they created the character at 3rd level or higher to “map their build” and just forgot or misunderstood what they did. 🤷♂️

I can't find the button to even add a subclass
