I've decided to revisit and share race I've worked on some time ago, unfortunately some traits the race has dissappeared entirely from it. They can't be used in character creation neither they are in editor anymore when I create new version of said race. However the weirdest thing is that the traits are still visible in published version of the race but not in "details page".
Like I said, when I click on details page (https://www.dndbeyond.com/races/649939-preferable) they dissapear, when I create new version of the race so I can edit it, they dissapear and I can't edit the shared race that has them. Also before I shared the race tonight the traits were visible like this but not in details page.
On this picture its visible that the traits still do and should exist https://ibb.co/fvLnDM6
That 👆link is broken in your post, that little bit at the end “ ” is the html for a space, that little bit is rendering your link invalid. I removed it from the version here for convenience.
That picture is of the actual item as whole under your “creations.” If you edit those individual traits you will see four checkboxes:

If “Hide in Builder” is checked, that’s why you can’t see that trait in the character builder.
”Hide in Sheet” hides it on the character sheet itself.
“Hide on Details Page” does exactly what you’d expect.
“Is called Out” makes sure it’s mentioned in the trait intro blurb, mostly useful for Sub/Variant races.
There is no way to edit the individual traits, thats what I am trying to say, the traits are completely hidden in editor like they aren't there at all. The traits aren't editable options in "EDIT" as visible on this picture https://ibb.co/bgPB0LC
I don't think so, they were supposed set to be replacements for the "all-seeing eye". The player could choose one of the enhancments but just one. I remember doing it that way and it working in the builder.
Was this previously published? It may very well be that “replacement” traits don’t port over (like subraces and variants) after something has been previously published. if that’s the case, you will have no other recourse but to recreate them from scratch as if it had been a subrace or variant. Instead of “replacement” traits, could it be done as a single “Granted” trait with options they could select? If so, that would prevent this from happening again in future.
Sorry I took so long, almost definitely not published before because I was still working on it. If it was, then I don't even understand why it wouldn't appear in my collection as published. But even then, wouldn't it count as kind of a major bug? I mean thats why partly why I came to share this bug, because I don't want it happening again in case I decide to rewrite it all over again. Also I am not sure if your solution would work, I will definitely look into it if this appears to be non-reversible.

Were they traits attached to a subrace/variant?
