Hello. I canceled my Master tier sub a day or two ago because I couldn't afford it until my paycheck came in. Then my pay check came in, so I resubscribed because I love D&D beyond, and my character...
But now I can't unlock my characters in my collection. When I click unlock, even when shrinking the number of characters to be unlocked down to the required 6/6, it just resets the page. I can't open the character sheets, I can't make new character sheets, and I can unlock the ones I have. It just asks me to keep subscribing again.
Go to https://www.dndbeyond.com/account, click on the Marketplace tab, and see if it says you need to sync entitlements (Account Entitlements section, at the top). If so, click sync.

Oh man, I hope the OP confirms whether syncing entitlements fixes that problem! I'd love to be able to suggest that next time someone posts about the same issue with a subscription restart, instead of just saying "submit a support ticket."

It says it's currently in sync and I should have nothing to worry about. Hold on.

it’s a long shot, but I figured it was worth a try, especially since support doesn’t work weekends.
When having a previous subscription that ended (whether cancelled, or PastDue because payment failed - ie. expired payment method), and you start a new subscription, it may take a little longer for subscription benefits to kick in (usually within 15 mins but I've seen up to an hour before). If still experiencing issues past then, please raise a Support Ticket.

It's fixed now. I don't know what happened, but everything is back to normal...
