Hi, I have purchased the Stirxhaven book. However, when I attempt to access items from the book in other sections of the site, I receive a message telling me I have to purchase the book to view the items. For example, when I attempt to view the Alchemist's Doom item on the Equipment screen, I'm told I have to purchase the book to see the description. I'm concerned that I'm missing access to materials I have purchased, especially when I have purchased every supplement. Please assist. Thanks!
-Go to https://www.dndbeyond.com/account (accessible by clicking/tapping on you username/avatar in the upper right of the page, or under the menu button on mobile)
-click on the Marketplace tab
-look at Account Entitlements; if it says you need to sync, click on the sync button
-while on that page, scroll down to “current product licenses” and make sure that Strixhaven shows as a purchase, and that it shows you purchased the whole book, not just the compendium
If it doesn’t show as a purchase, it is possible that you inadvertently have two accounts. (This happens most often if one is using different login methods). If that is the case, you will need to contact support to have them straighten it out. Note that support does not work on the weekend.
Is it possible that you purchased just the compendium of the book, and not the full thing? If you only have the compendium, then you can only read the book's content under Sources, not view the monsters/races/etc. under Game Rules or within the character builder.
There is a known issue with the Mundane Equipment listings locking the mundane equipment - you can still add these equipment listings onto character sheets and read the info on them via the char sheet and through the compendium itself.
