I keep trying to open the character builder, but I keep getting error code 3204cefece204dbd9ce23700755d8029. Not sure how to fix or if I can. Am using Chromebook, if that makes any difference.

I was having a similar issue this afternoon. I cleared my cookies and browser history, logged out and logged back in and it fixed the problem for me.
