For Great Old One Warlocks, we are suppose to unlock Dissonant Whispers for our known spells and it does not appear. Wondering how to fix this besides adding a level in bard to obtain it.
Also check that you have access the spell (which is not a free spell).
You will need a character in a campaign with content sharing enabled where somebody has purchased it, or have purchased it yourself.

As Cyb3rM1nd mentioned, Dissonant Whispers is not part of the free basic rules. You need to purchase (or gain access to) the spell seperatly. Purchasing of the Great Old One warlock subclass links the spell but does not gain access to the spell.

It's added to the spell list, not automatically known. Try looking there.

Wary the wizard who focuses on homebrew, for he can create nightmares that you wouldn't even dream of
Ahhh, thank you. I was wondering why it didn't come with the subclass since it is from XGTE.
