Is it possible to share particular things from a book? or do I have to share the whole book?
For example, I would like to share the Warforge race in my complaint without needing to share all of the other races of Eberron? So far the only way I have figured out how to do this is to make a HomeBrew copy of the race, allowing homebrew but not Eberron.
The method you have devised is probably the best way of doing it, unfortunately. I'd ask though out of curiosity, why not just enable all of Eberron content (For magic items and stuff) but tell the players they can't use the other races?
