Hello, About an 30-60min ago I bought the annual hero subscription, I did this via PayPal.
After that, I was not subscribed directly. I thought maube it takes a few minutes, waited 10min, still not subscribed and no email for confirmation... About 30-60min later, I thought maybe I did not do it correctly. So I tried again. And again the same happens.
When you go to "My Collections" and then "My Characters", how many character slots does it say you have?
If 6: check the transaction went through, can check by clicking Marketplace then Subscriptions.
If Unlimited: your Hero sub has been applied.

It says 3/6, I already checked on my profile to. When I go to the marketplace, I am able to subscribe as normal. But the weird thins is, I tried it twice and it did not work either time....

I've had the same thing happen to me, literally just subscribed, then went to add a couple of homebrew races to my account(Cause that's why I subscribed)
Afterwards, I spent some time creating a new character and decided to pause for a moment to buy myself a couple of sub-classes to finish the char, and prevent another one from breaking further down the line. (Friend helped me get a missing class for that one)
And the now, as I'm completing everything, I decided to go check for a homebrew weapon for my character, and was told I couldn't add it to my collection because I need a subscription. That I literally just got before this whole mess.. (says 6/6, I know the app also showed unlimited before) I tried the relog method, doesn't work. It's almost as if my sub was cancelled.. (which I did not do. Bought it for the month, I'm just saying how it feels, cause I can sub again..)

Yeah, it's not there, and I know I paid. Also using mobile, and I paid with mobile.. was able to access the subscribe service long enough to add the Kitsune races to my homebrew lists. Then it failed, for some reason..
Now that you know it didn't go through, they strongly recommend you subscribe/pay for stuff through the website, not the App, since using the App leads to complications from Google/Apple being the ones who take the payment.

Have you attempted to log out completely and sign back in? Often, this resyncs the account. If still no luck, shoot Support a message (https://dndbeyond.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=602788) who will have a bit better visibility into your account details than I will.

Okay so, Found out what actually happened, apparently, it didn't go through? found the emails in my junk folder.
Now that you know it didn't go through, they strongly recommend you subscribe/pay for stuff through the website, not the App, since using the App leads to complications from Google/Apple being the ones who take the payment.

I was using the website, just through the phone. But I will refrain from using the app for payments.
