Myself and some of my players have had a problem where whenever we go to view or load a character, it throws back an authentication error, and has done for a few days now. One person could fix this by using a different browser but that didn't work for me. I've signed out & cleared cache but no change
When buildign characters, particularly when adding spells/cantrips, I am always having to refresh the character before I can add spells. Otherwise I get either an error, or simply cannot select spells. Also, until I refresh, I show no spells/cantrips as having been selected (even if I have already, successfully selected spells.
I use Firefox (current version).

I'm having the same problem. And it's been two days!
I am using Microsoft Edge, and I clear my cash each time it closes. I just tried with Firefox and still get that beholder graphic with the Authentication error.
And btw, why? I'm logged in. It's not an Authentication issue. The error is meaningless. Now, are other people able to access their characters? Is everyone's character sheet broken? Will Critical Role's show tonight be paper only? One wonders! x[
Was away for the weekend, and I just logged in and still cannot view my characters. Tried a number of them, viewing from my Collections page, my Campaign page too.
Downloaded the new APP today and it's wonderful! Can't wait for the rest of the options to become available! :)
Anyho', there's a button to 'View Character on Website', gave it a try, but it just hung. At the same time, I'm logged in on my desktop computer and STILL could NOT view any of my characters with any web software. BUT THEN... turned off Nord VPN and boom! Everything immediately appeared!
So, problem solved. Sorta? If there something I could do to run my VPN and still use DNDBeyond?
It is an issue on NordVPN's side, and not DDBs. The linked troubleshooting page for Nord suggests that its the CyberSec feature, so see if you can disable that for DDB.

YES! Turning off CyberSec in NordVPN did indeed work!
