The +1 from a half-feat shows up under Misc Bonus for an ability score.
While it totally should be there, it definitely is not there.
It won’t show in the builder but it will on the character sheet itself.
I asumed the issue is propably builder only. Which is why I put that into the title.
However, a caveat to debugging: If I refresh the page (F5) the feat is properly calculated. It is only if I go New Character -> Class -> Race -> Ability Scores, that the issue exists.

Yes, if you had gone to the sheet and then gone back to the builder it would have displayed too. It’s been that way forever.

You can either have it force the refresh automatically which drains resources as literally thousands of people do this within every hour.
Or cache it, so it won't show until character sheet or manual refresh.
It is not possible to get best of both with their servers.
They used to have Option A. The site was suffering intense lag spikes and connection timeouts and site was more vulnerable to DDoS.
They changed how caching and memory were handled which included the switch to Option B as a result. It has resulted in a more stable and reliable site.
It is not a bug. It was an intentional choice as a "lesser of two evils".

Middle Ground: Force a cache invalidation if a Half-Feat is selected.
I know it is not high priority and maybe way more work then it is worth, but it is a option at least.

I made a variant Human Fighter.
ASI I put on STR + CON
As feat I picked "Heavy Armor Master", which is a half feat with +1 to STR.
However, when I got to Ability Scores the second +1 was not included. Only the +1 STR from Variant Human was shown, not the +1 STR from the Feat.

That only makes it a old bug.
Main thing is I figured out how to fix it now.
Just how caching is set up.
