Note sure if i'm suffering noobitus etc, but i can't see the new races and classes that are part of the standard players guide bundle appearing in the character builder?
Is it just lag between purchase and application updating or does it flat out not available yet due to version of the character builder?
Any information appreciated.

You know that you're a DM when you plan for the inevitable betrayal by your dice by threatening to loan them to players.
What I am gathering is that you have purchased either the entire source, or the specific race, subclass, spells, etc... and not just the compendium content only? Additionally, after this purchase the races, subclass, etc are not showing in the character builder? If both of those are yes then you just need to clear your cache then your purchases should be available. Relevant guide here
Weird. So it shows content unlocked but then not available in the builder, or on a different device? I would contact support. If it was a caching issue then clearing the cache, or using another browser or device should show the information, but for it to be unavailable but unlocked seems like a bigger issue. Maybe it is in a pre-approval limbo? Payment is still "processing" but the permissions haven't been given. No idea. Contact support and hopefully they can sort it out. They will have access to a lot more information and account stuff then the mods will here.
First off, thank you for your purchase! It is likely that your browser has the link to your content cached, which can be fixed fairly easily, by clearing your browser's cache.
If this is not something that you are familiar with, you can find useful guides here on how to do this for most current browsers.
If, after clearing your browser cache, you are still unable to access content that you have purchased, please contact the support team, who will be able to assist you further.

By Standard Players Guide, do you mean you purchased the PHB in the marketplace on DnDBeyond?
Precisely, with all the gubbins.

Maybe try a different browser? See if they are there or if they are tied up in some limbo. Does https://www.dndbeyond.com/marketplace/source/2 show "Content Unlocked" under the name?
Yep, including all the detail items for each class etc, all showing unlocked. Tried it on my phone too in case was device issue. No luck so far.

Figured it out, turns out the character builder only populating content as per beta rather than full? Or am I wrong? As per linked.

The beta has been over for quite a while. If you purchased to content it should be in the builder. Have you contacted support as suggested?
