Until now only one of us had the books, but now another player thinking about buying a new book, but we are worried about the posibility of not being able to use all our books.
When a master tier subscription is used to enable content sharing on a campaign, it shares all content purchased by the members of the campaign.
It's the virtual equivalent of you all bringing your books along to game day and allowing the other people at the table to use them.
One person might own the Player's Handbook, while another owns Explorer's Guide to Wildemount - both are shared and everyone in the campaign has access to them.
The person with the master tier subscription doesn't need to be the owner of the content, or the DM even.
I was playing around with this, does it apply to Homebrew content as well? I am the content sharer in 2 campaigns. 1 campaign the dm also shares, but I can't share Homebrew. The other campaign I'm the sole sharer, and I'm not the dm. But I can share homebrew.

Hey there,
thanks for reaching out to ask!

All homebrew in anyone’s “Homebrew Collection” is always automatically shared within campaigns.
