Good eveneing,

I have bought the Legendary Bundle  recently, and am having the issue now, that if i create a campaign, the additional race options are not unlocked for players making a character in the campaign.

I have content sharing enabled and checked that all availabel contentssi marked as shared.
I had 2 different ppl test it and non had any race options beyond the standard free to use ones.

I hope someone can help me.

Yeah i checked that page and nothing adressed there seems to be the issue.

 So you tried turning content sharing off and on and checked your entitlements and all that? Made sure your players are actually in the campaign? Then two questions:

1. How recently did you purchase the bundle, and was it an app purchase or an online purchase?
2. Are your players using the app or are they online?

Yes, the characters of the players did show up in the campaign. I tries turning content sharing off and on again, and even made a new game to check if the issue consisted.

1. Purchase was made in browser on PC.
2. Players also were using browser version.

Can you as the DM go into their character builders and add the content they can’t access? Sometimes that can trigger the character sheets to update their caches.
