My friend has bought the books and shared them with us through a campaign and a master subscription but I wish to share them with some other friends of mine. Therefore I was wondering íf I buy the master subscription does it still share the content with my other friends even though my friend with the books isn't in that campaign?

No. Your friend isn’t sharing the books with “you,” they are sharing them with “the campaign.” You cannot share them with another campaign unless your friend is also in that campaign.
