i just made this account today because my DM uses dndbeyond, i tried to create a character in his campaign but i only have acces to the free options. my dm has a lot of premium content and has content sharing on. I don't have a subscription and my entitlements are in sync.

Are your DM’s Entitlements in sync? If so, have them turn content sharing off and back on again.
