Hi I went to download my purchases on the D&D Beyond iPhone app but they are gone and looking me to purchase them again as well as items I had not purchased showing up as if I had bought them. Please advise how I can fix this.
Yeah I’ve been using the same logins from day one. My username was changed but I got a credit to fix that but my purchases are wrong.
Go to your /account/marketplace page. If there is a big red button that says "restore purchases", click that and it will restore your previous purchases.
I Have the same issue, I bought the players handbook for the subclasses, and lowered my level from 3 to 2 to test my HP was automatically adjusted which is was, and it removed my archetype (assassin) so I went back to level 3 and tried to apply assassin again, gave me a webpage error and afterwards it no longer had the option and I could only select Thief, and when I check compodium it asks me to buy it again...no restore purchases button, atleast not one I can see, and I've relogged to test if that wasn't the problem....really could do with help on this as I need it for my main character.

Based on your name, it appears you have not accepted the data transfer that came with the new ownership from Twitch to Fandom.

I have the same issue. I bought the Legendary bundle when it was on sale and it appeared in my sources for 48 hours and then disappeared. I've sent multiple emails to support and have yet to hear anything.

also, submitting multiple tickets in the support systems is counter productive: every time you submit a duplicate you are bumped to the end of the line. And, multiple tickets about the same issue from the same person is part of what bogs down the support process. At this point I think there are other, larger factors: from where I sit, it sure looks like they are woefully understaffed. Indications on the forums are that wait times are around 3 weeks. I realize that’s an unacceptable time: I’m not defending it, only reporting what I’ve seen stated by others who have filed support tickets.

Thanks for the clarifications. One other possibility, which I think is unlikely since you work in IT, but I'll mention it just in case. It is fairly common for folks to inadvertently create multiple accounts here, each linked to a different sign in option (Twitch, Google, Apple, etc.). Is it possible that you did so the day you purchased, and then the next time you signed in with your original account? Since the username you are posting under currently has a join date in 2021, I didn't think that particularly likely and didn't raise it initially. But it might be worth trying to log in using the other options and see if stuff shows up. Support would still need to fix it for you, though.
If you still haven't heard in a week or so, you could try posting the ticket # here. Once upon a time, moderators would ask for them when support was taking longer than expected and follow up. I don't know if that's still happening or not, as moderators have been less active in the parts of the forums I frequent in recent months.
