My character got randomly transferred to the DM and now I can’t use it.

What it says in the title. I went to edit the character sheet and the page reloaded and suddenly the character was owned by the DM of the campaign instead of me. Is there anything I can do besides recreating the character?

The DM has to “unassign” the character so you can claim it again.
