Most feats are found in the Player's Handbook - you can purchase that, or just the feats from it, or it can be shared within a campaign by someone else.
You are also welcome to use the homebrew tools to create feats yourself.
Did you ever figure this out? I'm having the same issue. I have access to player's handbook through content sharing. It's literally just with gunslinger, never had a problem with any other class/subclass
When I try to build a character using Gunslinger the only feat that is listed is the custom feat. I cannot select from the normal feat options.

Is that gunslinger character specifically in that campaign in which the content is being shared?

Yeah it is, I can choose from all the races and if I select a different subclass/class all the options are there, very strange.
