With Fizban's coming out next week I wanted to send a message to all the players in my campaigns (50+ people) and was hoping for an easy way to do that besides individually transcribing each person.
The PM will essentially work like a private forum where everyone sees the messages and all replies made.

Or you can make use of the Public Notes box in the campaign page. Everyone can view that.
If you use the “Description” section of the campaign notes instead of the “Public Notes” section then they will be able to see it from their character sheet itself when they hit the campaign button. (Anything in that field will be right at the top of the sidebar.)

Go to private messages.
Compose new message.
Add all recipients.
Write message.
Send.

You've skipped over my question, the 'adding people' part. Do I have to transcribe every person by hand?
Yes. You do.
