My particular case was with a multiclass cleric. After choosing the domain, the domain spells were not prepared automatically and I could not click to prepare spells. I could still 'learn' spells, but not choose spells to 'prepare'.
They look like they're being added ok to me? Clerics don't select spells to "learn" - can you provide a link to the character in question please, so a moderator can take a look?
It seems to be working now. What I meant by learning spells was that it allowed me to select Cantrips and Ranger spells on the same character, but not higher level cleric spells.
Okay, So it happened again. I got a screenshot this time. It also doesn't let me wield items without opening the item card. It seems to happen the first time I try to edit the character, but then gets fixed.

There is a checkbox next to any item which can be used/wielded on both the builder and the sheet..

Yes. And it works through them as well. But the button you see in the inventory tab during character creation itself doesn't seem to work.
