Hit Points cannot be modified that way through homebrew.
The only Hit Points modification is by class or character level, like Draconic Resilience feature from Draconic Bloodline Sorcerer subclass, or Dwarven Toughness from Hill Dwarf racial feature.

So I made a copy of Keen mind and added bonus / hit points / fixed value 4.
I've added it to collection and added it to my characters feats.
Int does update with +1 but not my HP. What's wrong?

To be hones, a 4 HP bonus is a small enough increase that it could be tracked directly on the sheet by simply upping the number rolled by 4.
