The Current system is letting me give a +2 to Charisma and a +1 Charisma and +1 to another ability. Is this legal? I am trying to make a Padlock.
No it is not legal, RAW. The two +1 must be to two different scores other than Charisma.

"Your Charisma score increases by 2, and two other ability scores of your choice increase by 1."
Dexterity Score + 2
Wisdom Score + 1
There is only two drop down boxes although it needs 1 more for a plus 1.

ModeratorCharisma is an automatic +2. You have to choose the other two +1's. In this case it would be CHA +2, DEX +1, WIS +1.
