I've just bought Monsters of the Multiverse, the money has been taken from my account, but the purchase is not in my order history and it is not showing up in my source books either.
You'll probably need to open a support ticket to get this resolved. If you used the app, it does take much longer (on the order of days) for a purchase to show up, because it first has to go through the app store's payment processors.
This exact same thing just happened to me as well. Money was taken from my account but I didn't receive anything. Nothing in my order history. Did it ever get resolved for you?
Same thing happened to me. I bought Tyranny of the Dragon’s bundle. The marketplace took my money did not give me an order number, no confirmation email, does not show up under my history and I got the digital part of the bundle in my licenses.
Wizard’s only email support system is frustrating, i greatly dislike I cannot call anyone for this. I shown proof after proof it’s through their website. God only knows if this will be resolved.
