I can manage to create a Character, but when I get to the Export/View Character screen, it leads to either a 404 or Internal Error. On the same screen, if I try to view my Characters, it leads to an error.
When I navigate to My Characters via the menu, I see my characters, but trying to interact with any of them in any way (view, edit, delete, copy) results to just the page refreshing.
When attempting to create a campaign, when I try to create an unassigned character, that leads to a 404.
What exactly is going on? I started paying for a subscription but this looks like an incomplete product. What exactly am i paying for if none of this works???
The issues the original poster explain continue from my end. I've submitted a request two days ago. I'm curious if there is anything that can be done from the user end.
Hey everyone! After investigating, we discovered that the issue lies with the way new accounts were created through Google. If you are experiencing this issue, please contact a moderator and ask for a name change credit. If you have submitted a Customer Service ticket, you will receive your credit through them. Once you get the credit, please change your username, and try to access your character sheets again.
Your second screenshot, the 404 on editing/viewing a character, I have recently experienced as well when introducing a new player to DnDBeyond. The URL in question is formatted like so:
The issue is in the profile name used "John Doe" (encoded: John%20Doe ). If you manually replace the encoded space (%20) with an underscore (_) or hyphen (-) the URL works.
The new DnDBeyond user, in my case, has yet to set a "username" in DnDBeyond pushing my theory that the user's first and last name are being used in the url and not parsed correctly when loading/managing content.
I get this link issue when switching between character sheets in my campaign. Additionally, I cannot view/edit the character(s) from my campaign page. I have not found any other ways to encounter this or possibly related issues.

I’ve had this issue as well
This is usually caused by some feature of the character (such as a feat, class, item etc) that is corrupted.
I am experiencing this issue as well.
Very frustrating...but I guess I feel a little less worried, now that I know I'm not alone...
Thanks for the report! I'll pass this along to staff and see if we can dig deeper in to what's causing this issue.
