Is there any point of having spell slot increase modifier if it wont let you actually add it.

I think they're working on having it fixed.

That modifier caused a few bugs, so it was disabled, but not completely removed (or something like that).

It may get fixed with homebrew or general features updates.

I can select it but it doesn't allow you to save because it has no "modifier sub-type " which is a required field.

Probably wont be changed until the homebrew overhaul which will probably happen next year.

Not still an issue, because still not a feature.

The only issue is that the modifier has not been properly hidden.
