I have been waiting a few weeks for the Legendary Bundle. After reading the sale today, I had it in my cart(from a few weeks ago) and noticed the price was roughly $50 off(I have previously purchased a large amount of content, mostly source books. Therefore, I assumed the bundle was correctly updated with the discount price for Cyber Monday. However, after check out, I found that I NOT in fact have access to the full list of source books, namely the newly released Ebberon which is critical to me. Is Ebberon NOT part of the Legendary Bundle yet? I thought it was as the price of the bundle went up recently(several weeks ago).
Help. I want to take advantage of the one day sale(I have been awaiting a sale or coupon code to purchase the remaining items), but need to ensure I can get the primary thing I need(full Ebberon book).
The way they code the bundles is when a new source is added, the bundle sku changes. For example, I bought mine in the spring, and its LEG-000009. By now its probably LEG-000011 or 12.
If you added the bundle to your cart pre-RftLW, it may be an older SKU (which did not have RftLW). In that case, you will have actually saved money if you buy RftLW today, as the bundle comes out to about 12.5% off, to encourage people to buy it sooner, and get the 15% off.
GRRR... I wonder if because it was IN MY CART it used the older SKU number. What I currently have within my purchase history is LEG-000014 but since I can't see any price on already purchased stuff, I am under the assumption that perhaps the current SKU should be 15(or perhaps higher).
Yea, I did that(found it after this post went up!) but I am concerned since this is a one day sale and, well.. the support forum seems indicate that turn around times are typically in the days not hours. From what I can tell, had I purchased the books individually, I would be saving roughly $60 AND have the content I need(namely Eberron which is a must have).
If you added it to your cart before the sale, then you wouldn't be getting sale price anyway... It's current price is 564.67, about 51$ off from normal.
