The item is not working. It`s not changing the abilities... :(

I`m sorry for my last post. Actually no magic item is changing the abilities and stats...
Do you have it both equipped and attuned?
It`s equipped only... How to attune?
As you can see, some magic items have to be attuned to use them: https://www.dndbeyond.com/magic-items/cloak-of-protection
Click on one of the 3 Attuned Magic Items slots. If you have it equipped, then you can select it from the menu.
