Trying to create a homebrew copy of the Revived Rogue before it's gone but when trying to select it as a template it is not an option. So I'm assuming this is a glitch, as the Revived rogue subclass should appear as an option to use as a template for hombrewing a subclass.

It’s already gone. The new replacement for that subclass is in UA, so that one got archived. You’re about two weeks too late.
Actually I'm not referring to making a character with the subclass. You used to be able to make a copy of a subclass to use as a template with the homebrew tools. Now it looks like none of the UA are showing up as options to use as a template.

D&D Beyond FoundersYou still have time - it hasn't been archived yet, though we have changed the name to indicate that it is going to be archived.
You should be able to set it as the subclass for a rogue, just make sure that you have "Playtest content" enabled in your character sheet preferences.
