I was trying to level up my character (https://www.dndbeyond.com/profile/Oric/characters/17490317) and was going to add Elemental Weapon and Summon Greater Demon, but neither of those spells show up as options in the spell list. It's weird because elemental weapon is definitely listed in the expanded spell list tooltip. I think feats are missing as well, because I can only select Grappler, Telekinetic, and Telepathic if I try to choose a feat for level 8.
Do you own the player's handbook on D&D Beyond? If not, that is probably why. If you only bought the hexblade pact, the expanded spells that are not in the Basic Rules will not be available.
The Elemental Weapon spell is from the Player's Handbook, and the Summon Greater Demon spell is from Xanathar's Guide to Everything. In order to use those spells you would need to either own those books, or individually purchase just those spells. (What you spend will reduce the cost of the overall book later!)
Various feats are found in the Player's Handbook and Xanathar's Guide as well. Only the Deep Gnome racial feat, Grappler, and feats in playtest are available in the Basic Rules / SRD / Freely released content.
You may have been having those options shared to your character via content sharing that was since lost. Make sure your character is in a campaign with content sharing enabled.
Ah that was it. I haven't been playing much and was just updating my character as a side character, but the DM had deactivated my character from the campaign. So, on my home screen it looked like I was still in the campaign, but if I go to the actual campaign I'm deactivated. Thanks DxJxC!
