I have a cleric character who took Magic Initiate to learn green-flame blade, and it seems to have confused the character sheet as the damage figures are missing:
Hello! I was not able to reproduce this on my Cleric character, would you please be able to share a link to your affected character? I can take a look and see what might be happening here!
To use GFB you must have a melee weapon. Equip a weapon and check the Notes section - you will find the GFB damage there. It is added as a note there because if you use it it is in addition to the weapon attack. Without a weapon GFB cannot be used or cause damage, which may indicate why it is showing blank for you.

If you are below level 5 and have no Intelligence modifier (INT 11), I can replicate this:
If you have an Intelligence modifier (INT 18):
If you are level 5+ (INT 18):
Double check the above scenarios. If you meet the criteria for the first one, then the way it displays is correct. You will not be able to do any damage.

How I'm posting based on text formatting: Mod Hat On - Mod Hat Off
Yes, that'll be it - I'd left the ability scores at all 10s, so the intelligence modifier was zero. It just seemed confusing to display a blank rather than actually stating that there was zero damage.
