I bought the spell bundle from Explorer's Guide to Wildemount. Someone else in our campaign has other full source books (not Wildemount). They also have a subscription and have enabled content sharing for that campaign. I can see their sourcebooks, but the spell bundle I bought is not shared, and I can't find a way to turn this on. I thought any purchased content would be shared, as long as content sharing is turned on by one person. Is there I setting I am missing to enable my purchased content to be shared?
It is being shared. Turning the sharing on/off only affects the compendium content (the ability to read the books). Since you don’t have the compendium, there’s nothing to turn on/off. Also, I think only one person can see everything, It’s either the DM, or the one with the subscription, I forget which because I’m both for my group.
If the players in the campaign can’t see them then something might be glitched, but probably not. The issue with your case might be that only the two Wizard subclasses that come with the book can use those spells. If neither you, nor anyone else has purchased those subclasses then none of the characters are eligible to use those spells. That’s probably why nobody in the campaign can find them. You can read about it here:
The other issue might be that in order to use the material from that book, each player in the campaign will have to go to the “home” tab in the character editor and turn on “Critical Role Content,” the switch should be red. That toggle filters out the Blood Hunter Class and Gunslinger Subclass as well.

Of course the characters would need CR turned on in order to be a graviturgist or chronurgist to learn those spells anyway.
