I own Tasha’s cauldron of everything, and My entitlements are all up to date, yet when I go to create a new character there is no Artificer class option, please help.

• Did you purchase the “compendium only” or “full version” of Tasha’s Cauldron?
• When did you purchase the book?
• Are you using the website or the app?

I purchased the full version, I probably bought it 3-4 months ago, and I’m using the mobile version currently but was going to get the website on my Pc when I get home

Did you enable Eberron content in the Home tab of character creation?

Artificer is originally from Eberron book and locked under that toggle. 

Yes its enabled, also im replying from the PC version now and I still don't have the artificer class on here either.

Can you use the other Tasha options, particularly ones not just reprinted elsewhere? 

Have you checked you did, in fact, purchase it and weren't just having it shared with you?

I specifically purchased it so that I could share it with my players so they would have more sub class options once they got to that level, and the other content seems to be working for me no issue.

And you’re absolutely sure that Eberron Content is enabled (red, to the right).

100% sure, I've put everything to the right to be double certain, at this point I'm just going to re purchase the book and hope it works

Don’t do that. Try it on a new character first.
