I own Tasha’s but can’t create a Phantom Rogue!!

I can’t create a Phantom Rogue. I own Tasha’s.  I have a Master level account.  WTF?

Thanks. I check and it said I was in sync.  It suggested I contact their Support Team with no hyper link. Nice.  I can’t find a support link anywhere.  We start tomorrow night and I really, really want to play a Phantom Rogue.  Ugh

Even if you contact support it’ll take a week or more for them to get back to you.

Are you sure you bought the Full Version of Tasha’s, or just the Compendium Only version?

Is your character 3rd level?
