Spell Scaling

Hi, I can't get my original spell to upscale the damage. I tried opening an edit to another spell and copying the settings, but it still doesn't work. The spell I created is linked here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/spells/511657-dashing-blow

I’m not a mod, so I cannot see it, but if you list what settings you used I can tell you why it’s not working.
