I was creating a homebrew background that was to be a custom background/backstory for a character I am making. I was at the part of going to add a choice of tools to the "add equipment" part, when things suddenly went slow. I'd click the buttons and nothing would happen beyond the page send info from the form and then failed - no messages or anything, it just stopped. So, thinking it was my internet getting weird on me, I clicked back to my collections, but even that took a while and failed. I restarted my internet, still nothing. Tried to load google and run a search and pages loaded instantly, so it wasn't my internet. Went back to D&D Beyond. Things loaded - albeit slowly, but we got there. Went into collections, it loaded - faster than before but still not back to normal, clicked the Edit link for my background... Beholder error page "Internal Server Error."
I waited a few minutes, tried clicking around forums - normal speed. OK, good, and nothing reported by anyone else, so assumed a blip and went back to collections, edit link... Beholder error page "Internal Server Error."
Checked other pages. Worked fine. Tried my background: beholder error.
Checked to see if I could edit the copy of Azorius guild background (to see how a GGtR bg added spells, since my char was a Mark of Hospitality Halfling I figured I could use this feature to add the Spells of Mark and save on homebrewing each specific spell). Long load times but it loaded. Tried other homebrew - long load times but loaded. Tried my background again, finally worked - but it took a while to load.
Checked my internet speeds: 20.2 Mbps download and 7.7 Mbps upload. Not fantastic, but it does vary and this is slower than normal but still plenty fast enough for this website.
Anyone else experiencing slowness and/or server errors with homebrew tools? Or just me?

Hey Cybermind - there were a couple of issues related with character sheets loading - this should be resolved now.

Wary the wizard who focuses on homebrew, for he can create nightmares that you wouldn't even dream of
The bug seems to be back. I was working on a home brew background, but when I try to submit, the beholder error comes up.
