Can't find my Home-brew spells in "add spells?"

Hey everyone, I have heard a lot of people have trouble with this stuff. Yes the spells I want are in my collection.

Note: I can find my Home-brew monsters when I want them to be in a campaign.

Does the character have “Homebrew Content” enabled? In the character creator on the “home” tab, the switch next to “homebrew content” should be red.
