You'll need to provide more information than that. What were you doing when the issue occurred? Are you using any homebrew? If you were managing a character, can you provide a link to the character?
I use brave as my default browser and it works in chrome but when i try to view any character in brave I get that error message. I can still access them through edit and none of them are homebrew.
Open the character builder and remove any homebrew, see if that fixes it. Then you can add homebrew back one at a time to see what broke it and fix that.
Homebrew doesn't (usually) break the builder, so this must be something else. Try posting the url of the character sheet. Maybe a mod can figure it out.
All my characters are grey'd out, and I can't access them. The only option given is to delete them and I don't want to do that. I had a glitch that game me a seventh character slot, and was told to delete a character then hit the new "unlock button" which I did, but that was a few days ago and my 6 remaining characters are still locked.

Ok, smart assery over. Seriously, no one knows what that code means (not even sure mods do, devs might). Use words, it is easier for everyone.

Did the owner used to have a subscription (there is a new bug with that)? Check with them and see if they can view any of their characters.
