Taking the feat doesn't seem to be making the weapons into Finesse weapons. I've been able to get a workaround by modifying the item manually, but this should be fixed.
Its especially havoc for a Warlock trying to turn it into a Pact Weapon, specifically Hexblades.
I have used the revenant double blade work around, but whenever I select the revenant double bladed scimitar as my pact weapon, it doesn’t react as if I’ve selected it as a pact weapon. And when I reopen the weapon the selection is no longer made.
Sounds like a caching issue. Log out, log back in, and sit 20 minutes and try it again. That will trigger the sever to reset itself and clear its cache. The 20 minutes is to give everything time to update for you.

I logged out of mobile and logged out on my laptop. Logging back in to try. Thanks.
No dice. I'll start searching for caching issues tho. It gives me somewhere to look.
